Dirt and coolant tight. Sizes are available from Morse Taper 1 through 7 and metric tapers.
Live Centers with pressure indicator visualized by color bands. Main-Line Design but longer travel
stroke. Sizes are available from Morse taper No. 2 through 5. VDI shaft sizes 20, 30, 40 and 50.
Cylindrical shafts Ø 20 mm, Ø 25 mm, Ø 1” and Ø 32 mm.

Precise, splash proof construction, modern bearings and very high turning rates. Durable and long

1.3 HP-Line
Super Accurate Centers for grinding and fine turning. Accuracy guaranteed to 0.002 mm. Robust and
proven construction for long lasting durable use. Dirt and coolant tight.
Dead Centers
High Precision Dead Centers for grinding, measuring and inspection. Optimal grinding results because of high roundness of the 60° point. Dead Centers with carbide, hardened steel and thread for rotating tailstock sleeves.
Special Centers enable:
– an optimal clamp of the workpiece
– access of the tool to the workpiece as unrestricted as possible
The delivery time for a Special Center amounts to 3–4 weeks.
High Precision Chuck
Rotating Air Chucks are ideal for precision turningand grinding applications that call for high concentricity and squareness tolerances. Stationary air chucks for milling, drilling, tapping, welding etc. Variable clamping force enables clamping of thin-walled and other fragile parts with minimal distortion.
