The company located in Oberndorf/Neckar was taken over as Mauth GmbH in 1996 and has evolved into an innovative service provider with 40 committed and highly qualified employees. We are not only a tool developer and manufacturer. We rather see ourselves as your personal adviser, companion and optimiser for demanding, tool-related production processes. QUALITY ASSURANCE - Excellent tools
Decades-long experience in the design and manufacture of individual special and standard tools for customers with high standards are an optimal basis for the proverbial Mauth quality.But that is not everything: Our quality management is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Modern measurement machines equipped with an infrared and rotatable camera as well as a continuous target/actual comparison allow for a continuous improvement of the process and tool quality.
Coupling the measurement machine and the grinding centre as well as the measurement of the rotating tools in the rotation result in additional manufacturing accuracy. Furthermore, we generate automatic test logs during the manufacture of new tools upon request, thus minimising further error sources. And we guarantee the requested burden of proof from the raw metal to the finished product.We also take care of the continuous vocational training of our team, which consists of 40 tool and grinding experts. That is why we always meet the increasing requirements in terms of repetitious accuracy, concentricity and cutting edge quality of special and standard tools.
